A condensed Slack training designed to streamline communication, improve collaboration, and support efficient day-to-day workflows, with select content abbreviated to accommodate additional specialized training components.
A centralized content library designed to streamline asset creation by providing ready-to-use resources, a guided request builder, and real-time visibility into project status.
This resource was created to assist new hires in acclimating to the intranet. I supplied them with resources to explore a new activity each day during the Scavenger Hunt, aimed at enhancing their understanding of the intranet. It was developed using Adobe software.

Hi, I’m Kendyl.
I’m an instructional designer and learning experience designer passionate about transforming complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences. My journey began during the COVID-19 pandemic while creating virtual learning experiences for my first-grade students, which inspired me to pursue a master’s degree in instructional design and technology.
Today, I combine instructional strategy, visual design, and multimedia learning to create impactful training experiences.
